1. Introduction
Welcome to Restaurant Italy (Wanulest). By accessing our website or making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Reservations and payments
All dinner reservations require a credit card guarantee. No‑show or cancellations less than 4 hours before the booking may incur a fee of €25 per person.
3. Dietary requirements
We accommodate allergies and dietary preferences with at least 48h notice. Please inform us when booking. We cannot guarantee a completely allergen‑free environment.
4. Limitation of liability
Restaurant Italy is not liable for any indirect losses, including but not limited to allergic reactions (if not notified), lost items, or travel disruptions.
5. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted here. Continued use of our site implies acceptance of any changes.
